As we listened to conference today Kadance was happily reading her scriptures and coloring. Towards the end of the first session she was wanting to go ride her bike so we decided to all go. We have had our bikes for about 2 years now and have hardily ever gotten to ride them. it is always too cold!! Now that we are living in California we are going to be able to take full advantage of the nice weather. We were just going to go on a quick ride but it turned into a 4 mile ride to the gas station to get an ICEE!! Kadance did so great! She finally had it about 1/3 mile from our apartment. she wasn't going any further, so Jake rode home, got the truck, and came to pick her up. It was so much fun and there will definitely be many of these little trips!!
Heaton had such a great time he fell asleep and woke up at the very end.

Thanks Nana for my Book of Mormon!! She reads it every day to Heaton. It was perfect for Conference today. She can't wait to take it to church and show all her friends.
